As a good workaround you could create software update groups based on the current year which will limit the total number of updates in each group. Deleting the update group would mean those updates are no longer deployed. Simply come up with a system to sub-divide the updates which you should already be doing.I have the same problem as you. The solution is to either: Adjust your matrix data so 100 or fewer variants are set to sell on webstore. If your Non-Current or Archived Product Action is set to Hide or Ignore you will need to manually remove unwanted variants from Shopify. Recreate your matrix in Lightspeed so that two or more matrices have fewer than 100 variants.
